Criteria for Program # 1
This program is available for foreign companies who are looking to finance
equipment purchases from the United States.
The loan is between $500,000 to $5,000,000
15% to 20% minimum down payment is required.
Amortization of interest and principle can be structured between three to five
years.
The company must be in business for minimum of three years and must
demonstrate ability from historical cash flow to service the debt.  The
borrower cannot borrow more than 40% of the net worth of the business
enterprise.

Criteria for Program # 2
This program is available for foreign companies who are looking to expand
existing operation
The loan is between $500,000 to $10,000,000
The loan must be secured by tangible assets.
Amortization of interest and principle can be structured between three to five
years.
The company must be in business for minimum of three years and must
demonstrate ability from historical cash flow to service the debt.  The
borrower cannot borrow more than 40% of the net worth of the business
enterprise.

Criteria for Program # 3
This program is available for US companies who are looking to expand
existing operation(s) oversees.
The loan is between $500,000 to $50,000,000
The loan must be secured by tangible assets.
Amortization of interest and principle can be structured between three to ten
years.
The company must be in business for minimum of two years and must
demonstrate ability from historical along with projected cash flow to service
the debt.  The borrower cannot borrow more than 40% of the net worth of
the business enterprise.
